Refund policy

Cancellations:
We have a 7-day cancellation policy, which means you have 7 days before your booked appointment to request a cancellation or reschedule.

Any cancellation or reschedule triggered within 7 days of the booked appointment is considered a forfeiture - no refunds will be processed.

Exchanges
Changed your mind about the service or schedule you selected? Email us at coloranalysisstudio.ph@gmail.com up to 7 days before your scheduled appointment so we can direct you to the earliest possible replacement.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your cancellation request, and let you know if the cancellation is eligible for a refund or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. Refunds on down payments made via Paymongo are subject to a 2% deduction to cover irreversible payment platform fees.
