Before you book

How long is the session?
2.5 hours in-studio. Plan for three hours from arrival to departure. The session moves from colorimetric reading and draping into face shape and body proportion work without a break, bring water and a snack if you would like one.
Where does the session take place?
In our studio in BGC Taguig or in our studio in Angeles City Pampanga, you choose which location at booking.
What should I wear?
A plain white or off-white top, and bring a fitted (not loose) outfit you can change into for the body proportion portion of the session, leggings or fitted jeans plus a fitted top works well.
Should I come with makeup or without?
Without. Bare skin is essential for the colorimeter reading and also lets us assess facial features clearly during the face shape portion. Anything tinted on skin is not advisable, including tinted moisturizer, foundation, and bold makeup. We also recommend wearing clear contact lenses, not colored, if avoidable.
Can I split this session across two visits?
No, the Complete is delivered as a single 2.5-hour session because the color and styling sides build on each other. If splitting works better for you, book a 1:1 PREMIUM Individual now and a 1:1 PREMIUM Face & Body separately.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
Reschedule or refund up to 7 days before your session, with any rebooking within 60 days of your original session date. Inside 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
What do I walk out with?
Your color season identified, a printed palette card, and access to MyColorPass, the studio companion app where your makeup, hair, jewelry, and perfume recommendations live, plus a personalized framework for face shape (hairstyle, glasses, neckline guidance) and body proportion (silhouettes, hemlines, layering rules), a complete styling system in one visit.
What is the precision colorimeter, and why do you use one?
A precision colorimeter is a calibrated device that takes a digital measurement of your skin tone directly from your face. We use one because objective skin-tone data is the foundation of an accurate color analysis, visual draping comes after, not instead.
What is MyColorPass?
MyColorPass is our companion app, included with every session. Your season is determined in the studio under calibrated lighting, and the app is where those recommendations live afterward, so you can return to your palette whenever you are deciding what to wear, buy, or pack.
