Frequently asked

Before you book

How long is the session?
3 hours in-studio for all three guests. Plan for 3.5 hours from arrival to departure.
Does each guest get their own analysis?
Yes. Every guest gets their own colorimetric reading, their own draping sequence, their own season identification, and their own printed palette card. Three full analyses, run together so you can compare seasons in real time.
What if one of us cannot make it?
If you let us know at least 7 days before, we can downgrade the booking to a 1:2 Group and refund the difference, or transfer the third slot to another guest. Inside 7 days the deposit follows our standard cancellation policy.
What should we wear?
Plain white or off-white tops for all three guests. Avoid bright colors, prints, and statement necklines. We provide neutral capes over your tops during the session.
Should we come with makeup or without?
Without, ideally, bare skin gives the most accurate colorimeter reading for all three guests. Anything tinted on skin is not advisable, including tinted moisturizer, foundation, contour, blush, and bold lip color. We also recommend that all guests wear clear contact lenses, not colored, if avoidable.
What language is the session in?
English or Tagalog, whichever the group prefers. Most group sessions blend both naturally.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
Reschedule or refund up to 7 days before your session, with any rebooking within 60 days of your original session date. Inside 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
What does each guest walk out with?
Each guest leaves with their own season identified, their own printed palette card, and their own access to MyColorPass, the studio companion app where their makeup, hair, jewelry, and perfume recommendations live, plus the unique benefit of seeing three different seasons revealed in the same room, which deepens everyone understanding of why specific colors work or do not.
What is MyColorPass?
MyColorPass is our companion app, included with every session. Your season is determined in the studio under calibrated lighting, and the app is where those recommendations live afterward, so you can return to your palette whenever you are deciding what to wear, buy, or pack.
